This gown was made for the spotlight. Great American couture designer Alfred Bosand designed for First Ladies, women of high society, and 10 consecutive Miss Americas. Luscious white satin, gathered at an empire waist, pours to the floor in a classic A-line shape. The bust is covered in gorgeous milky and iridescent sequin and studded with prong set rhinestones in floral clusters. The short satin shawl stands up at the shoulders and has a snap closure to keep in place. Perfectly hidden pockets at the hips allow for function that won't detract from the sheer elegance of the overall piece.

Bust: 30"
Waist: 26" (under bust measurement)
Hip: 46"
Length: 54"

Label: 'by Alfred Bosand, New York'

Zip closure center back. The dress is in great condition overall. There are a few minor marks throughout the skirt and shawl. All the beading appears to be perfectly in tact.
