1950s Black Lace Cover Up
This 1950s black lace cover up started its life as an enchanting layer for over a swimsuit. 'DeWeese Design' was sought after for their glamorous poolside fashions throughout the 50s and 60s. Having designed the swimsuits worn by many a Miss America, Mary Ann DeWeese also designed the swimsuits worn by the USA team of the 1961 Olympics. This cover up is so beautiful, you won't just want to wear it seaside. Elegant black floral lace is lined in a sumptuous café color. In signature 'DeWeese' style, the lace is also used as flower appliqués along the collar, studded in rhinestones.
