This strapless mini dress is born to party. The pale pink bodice is asymmetrically draped through the midsection with flouncy ruffles across the bust and hip. The skirt is a structured pencil skirt in jet black and has a matching rosette sewn at the hip. Totally 80's. Totally adorable.
