This dress is the personification of a warm spring breeze. Flocked velvet flowers cascade down flowing organza. The pale ivory has a pearlescent glow to it which is beautifully paired to the satin cuffs and plunging peter pan collar. A moss green velvet band belts the front of the dress at the empire waist and can easily be removed or replaced with a color of choice.
