1990s Red Collar Mini Dress with Rainbow Glass Beads

This is one serious fiesta frock. Fiery scarlet red with a rhinestone trimmed sweetheart bust, she's spicy and sweet. The matching choker style collar has strands of rainbow teardrop glass beads that stream down the shoulder blades and anchor to the back of the dress. This dress comes from designer Jay Reynolds of Atlanta, who's 90s dresses have been worn by Sandra Bullock, Kirsten Dunst, and Queen Mother RuPaul herself. Not to mention, many of the gowns worn during the Gold Medal Ceremonies of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
